I was told there is a company that sales natural and eco friendly products. But I cant remember the name. You have to pay a 15 dollar membership and use around 35 points a month… You can also sale these products and get a commission. They sale cleaning products, laundry soap, beauty supplies, even food, ect. If someone knows the name of this company please send it my way so I can check it out.

I’ve interviewed with MBNA, now Bank of America for a customer satisfaction advisor that seems to be very sales orientated. Has anyone who has worked in this field tell me if its high pressure to sell? I don’t feel like a sales person and was attracted to the customer service aspect of the job. with the new merger of MBNA and B of A, it seems to be the focus. Please share any relevant experience that you may have about this field, job, or company.

I was in Banking for over 13 years and let me tell u…You absolutely must be a sales representative, as well as be able to balance a till every night to within most likely .05 cents.

Raises, promotions, etc. are based on your sales and referrals, and also phone solicitations. Everything is and must be very low key, never talk about customers to other customers or employees that u work with.

If you cannot meet the standards of production, u can be "let go" for not performing to standards.

Give it alot of thought if u want to do this because it can be very intense and very stressful in your personal and family life also. feel free to contact me if u have any other questions and good luck in the job market.

Is it a sin to shop and/or work at a walmart? (I’m serious)

For when you two of the same sex decide to have sexual relationships and both people have enjoyment out of the act with no guilt then how is this wrong? Isn’t it our purpose to find haplessness and joy?

And even if it is a sin, then would it not be a sin to support an evil company like Walmart? When you support Walmart you destroy your local merchants and send so much money outside of the country and you are contributing to evil capitalism (key word evil). It is Walmart who takes all these manufacturing jobs away from our North American plants and instead uses cheap labor in China and India. We as a group of mass conscious people have destroyed our economy and we have a great depression coming like no other due to many factors. One of the factors of course is the evil companies like WalMart whom are destroying our country bit by bit. Obviously if this is a sin, then it must be a sin for these credit card companies to over create money that did not exist? It would be a sin for greedy corporations like Coca-Cola to continuously take money out of the system to ensure the rich get richer and the poor getting poorer! That is where all the money America is at right now. it is in the hands of big corporations because of greed. So are these corporations making sins?

So it is fine if you consider same sex relations a sin, but if you do I hope you find shopping a walmart a sin and these major companies destroying our country.

Walmart, banks and big corporations have caused problems that are so huge to our way of living and two guys or girls being happy i guess is causing problems to?

I think it is a sin to use our power and our creative abilities to stop gays from loving (key word - love) each other when we have all this greed (key word - greed) going on by these companies and they are destroying out economy to the point where it seems certain a great depression that will be worse than 30s is months away from happening

To all those whom decide whom are sinners and no sinners, I hope you think for a second who the real sinners are in this world if you choose to put blame and sin on people.

A: It is his/her choice to not feel guilt, however if that person chooses not do then karma at some point will come into play as "Treat others how you would want to be treated yourself" so the law of attraction will have negativity come back to the person in some form in some life time.

Response: We have no proof that what was said in the bible was that of god, or is still the case. These are writings written in a time when the world was that of negativity with many primitive beings. We are still primitive now, but much more advanced. However, instead of looking bad upon these things it seems to me the best way to approach this is to learn from our past mistakes and move forward. It takes a strong religious person to say "I was wrong about same sex relations"

I know there is a Green card / Visa for opening/investing in a new Business in America that foreigners can get.

I knew these requirements from 7 years ago and It used to be something like this, have $50k in a US bank account untouched for several months that is specifically to open the business with and you must have already obtained or leased business premises. The business must turn over several million dollars within 5 years to get a full residency status.

I knew of a Canadian who opened up a company growing palm trees in Arizona who did it this way.

Anyone who knows the process please let me know.

I recently decided that I wanted to start buying things that are more Eco-friendly. I know that it helps to bring your own bag to shop with, instead of using the plastic ones they offer. It also cuts down on what you buy!

Any other ideas?

Buy organic products. (No harmful chemicals/pesticides used).
Learn about biodegradable remedies by making your own whenever possible.
Recycle (including using old clothes as cleaning rags). Write your grocery list on the back of a junk e-mail letter rather than using new paper to avoid killing more trees.
Go to health food stores that carry many of the latest "green" brands. (I buy my cosmetics at a good health store and biodegradable shampoo with most of the ingredients grown here in North America).
Drive a fuel efficient car (or a hybrid if you can afford it). Public transportation is the best if it is efficient in your area.
Buy a solar calculator rather than one with batteries to avoid filling up landfill sites with old batteries.
One lady (link below) even gave her house to "recycling" so give away before throwing it away.
Vote for politicians with clear and "do-able" green agendas.
Visit as many "green" websites as possible for new ideas. I am still amazed by how much I learn reading them.

I am planning on pursuing a graduate degree in Urban Planning once I graduate college. I know that there have been programs like you’ve described.

First, check with the State Department and see if they are sponsoring and programs. If they are write your Congressman and both Senators and ask for their help. You’ll be suprised at how cooperative they will be.

If nothing exists there, look into the Peace Corp. And I’ve heard of another, Cross Cultural Solutions. They sponsor programs as well.
